The Town of Grimshaw and Village of Berwyn Councils have signed a service agreement that will have the Town of Grimshaw Community Services Department provide Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) to the residents of Berwyn in 2023.
FCSS is a partnership between the provincial government and municipal governments.
Under FCSS, communities design and deliver programs to promote well-being among individuals, families and communities. At times, these programs depend on local resources, often involving volunteers and/or community organizations in the set up and delivery of programs.
The goal of Grimshaw Community Services is to make the two communities healthy, vibrant and positive through awareness and by offering quality programs, services and opportunities available to all.
The Town of Grimshaw Community Services Department has an open-door policy, which creates opportunities for community members to ask questions and to share their ideas.
All FCSS programs and events will be shared on the Village of Berwyn & Grimshaw Community Services Facebook pages.
